About Team Epsilon
Optimize. Execute. Dominate.
Team Epsilon (FRC 10753) is a student-founded, student-led FIRST Robotics team based in North Phoenix, Arizona. Launched in 2025 by experienced FIRST alumni, our mission is to create a space where high school students gain real-world, industry-relevant skills through hands-on experience in robotics, engineering, and business.
We operate like a startup—prioritizing leadership, project ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. Our team isn't just about building robots; it's about building people. Inspired by FIRST's mission to empower youth through STEM, we go beyond the typical classroom experience by simulating the fast-paced, high-responsibility environment of a real tech company.
Seeking greater creative freedom and deeper involvement than traditional school-based teams allowed, Team Epsilon is open to students across Arizona. We especially welcome new members who are eager to learn, regardless of experience—we believe every student can thrive with the right mindset and mentorship.
As a rookie team entering our first competitive season, we're fueled by passion, grit, and a strong desire to make an impact. With community support, we're not just building a robot—we're empowering the next generation of innovators, leaders, and changemakers.

Inspiring future STEM leaders through robotics, we foster innovation, teamwork, and excellence. Empowering the next generation with hands-on learning and creativity, we collaborate with our community and FIRST teams to drive impact on and off the field.
